I recently had the pleasure of working with Limburg Consulting and Jorg, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The company was highly professional, and Jorg was exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process. He supported me with my business plan, took the time to understand my situation, and was genuinely there for me as an expat in Germany.
This experience gave me much more clarity about my business and future direction, and it was truly one of the most valuable parts of my journey so far. I would highly recommend Limburg Consulting and Jorg to anyone looking for professional, supportive, and insightful guidance.

I found the start-up coaching with Mr. Jonas Schildhorn extremely valuable right from the start. Mr. Schildhorn has impressive expertise in the food and gastronomy sector that goes far beyond the usual basics. He not only knows the classic processes in gastronomy, but also understands the intricacies of product quality, product knowledge, food safety and taste coordination at a high level.
I would particularly like to emphasize that Mr. Schildhorn developed a complete HACCP concept for my future business. This means that all aspects of food safety and hygiene standards are professionally covered right from the start, which gives me an enormous sense of security.
During the coaching, he also provided me with intensive support in developing the concept and putting together my menu. It wasn't just about planning dishes, but also about selecting high-quality ingredients, optimal supplier structures and calculations that are economically viable and convincing in terms of quality. His practical tips helped me to implement ideas realistically and at the same time to plan the effectiveness of my restaurant and subsequent sales in a targeted manner.
I was also able to benefit from his knowledge of kitchen processes, increasing efficiency, warehousing and merchandise management. Mr Schildhorn clearly shows how to optimize processes, use resources wisely and keep the quality of the products consistently high. He was also able to give me important insights into tax issues and bookkeeping, so that I have a good overview of all areas of my future business.
If you want to become self-employed in the catering industry, Mr. Jonas Schildhorn is a coach who not only imparts theoretical knowledge, but also applies his expertise in the food sector in practice and adapts it individually. His support provides security, orientation and real tools for a successful start. I can only recommend him as a coach.

I had the pleasure of completing my start-up coaching with Jonas Schildhorn and can only warmly recommend it. Right from the start, the atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxed, which was extremely important for me as a founder. Jonas took a lot of time to respond to my questions and concerns and gave me practical, actionable advice. I particularly appreciated the flexibility of the coaching format - we were able to work at a pace that suited me best.
What particularly impressed me was Jonas' in-depth expertise. He was not only able to help me with strategic issues, but also with concrete, operational topics that come up time and again on the start-up path. I now feel much more confident about the next steps and know that I am building on a solid foundation.
This coaching is definitely a valuable support for anyone who wants to start their own business. Thank you, Jonas, for your help and inspiration!
