Ms. Herbstrith-Lappe is a really great and motivating person, with a lot of passion and incredible joy in what she does.
I can highly recommend her! Our workshop lasted five hours and every minute of it was valuable, interesting and instructive. With her very charming and humorous manner, she knows how to convey complex content. We had the opportunity to ask questions and critical voices were also welcome, which I particularly appreciated.
If you don't book her, you are really missing out on a great opportunity to move yourself forward!

The training with Monika Herbstrith-Lappe impressed me greatly. I went into this training with very high expectations, and they were exceeded by far. In a very relaxed atmosphere, I had an incredible amount of fun learning about the challenging topic of conflicts. Monika Herbstrith-Lappe provided me with tools for self-improvement based on scientific principles, all delivered with her charming, humorous, and carefree style. I am convinced that I will vividly remember my training with Monika in many situations, activating my inner smile. As I now know, my brain won’t have time for stress. Thank you, Monika, for all your energy, joy, and enthusiasm in introducing me to the various ways of conflict resolution. And by the way, Nutella has a sun protection factor of 9.7 😄.
