However, thanks to the various methods Cornelia taught me and worked on with me, I was able to overcome this uncertainty. Self-love workshop package combined with 1:1 coaching sessions
I have taken several 1:1 coaching sessions with Conny over the past few months and it quickly became clear to me that I really wanted to be part of her self-love workshops in order to deepen and consolidate my acquired knowledge even more.
I honestly didn't expect how much more would happen in this setting, not only with me, but in and with the whole group! Our journey together was characterized by a lot of professional input, each time on a different sub-topic, by exchange of experiences within the group and also by homework exercises, which gave us the chance to develop, reflect and continue working between the appointments. We were given very concrete tools that we could immediately apply in real life, and in the many weeks that we met regularly, we were able to share our experiences. We laughed together, we cried together and we supported each other. It fascinated all of us how closely we grew together and this cohesion continues even now, after completion, which is simply wonderful because a close circle of confidants has been added to my life.
Conny managed to create a framework in which complete strangers felt comfortable and safe. I have great respect for her work, because it requires a portion of courage from the participants to venture into the topic of self-love and to be ready for change. With her profound knowledge, her years of experience, her professionalism and above all her intuition, Conny guided and led the group and always picked up each one of us where it was needed. In my opinion, truly a tightrope act of empathy and skill!
The combination of the work in the group and the individual coaching sessions was perfect for me, because in addition to the professional input and the insights within the group, I was also able to address my personal issues more intensively.
As a group, we would like to have a "series of workshops" so that we can continue to work together and keep at it. The regular dates allow one to stay in the topic and immediately apply it in life in between. The topic of self-love seems big and powerful, but there are many supposedly "small", individual steps that you can do for it - with gigantic impact for you and especially for all fellow men around.
I can recommend the workshop package to anyone who wants to improve their life sustainably!

In my 5 to 12 situation the universe sent me Conny and I took the chance to let her accompany me a piece of my way.
Our coaching sessions are full of energy and presence, I am amazed how much it works in me from the beginning. The real meaning of the connection between body, mind and soul actually only became so clear to me now. For me, the combination of very concrete tools for immediate implementation, exercises for the body and also impulses for the mind is simply brilliant, because it is exactly what I needed. Because of the "home exercises" between the appointments, I stay in the doing and also in the awareness or mindfulness, which is challenging but just all the more sustainable. Conny finds the right balance of listening and giving impulses and I feel not only understood but also well guided.
