I’ve been familiar with MykoVital mushrooms ever since my pancreas surgery 11 years ago. I’m convinced that the
mushroom supplements from your company that I took back then helped me tolerate the chemo so well that even
my oncologist was surprised at how well I handled the chemo, because just one day later I was back at work full-time
I’ve now been prescribed ABM Coprinos, but I’m not taking them yet because my blood sugar level in the morning
is between 100 and 120. I’m worried that taking Coprinos might cause hypoglycemia.

I really enjoyed the consultation because my needs were addressed directly, and the explanation of how the mushrooms work was also very clear and easy to understand. At the same time, I appreciated that only some of my symptoms were included in the treatment plan, and those that are already being treated were not taken into account.

I was really happy with how quickly the appointment was scheduled—**truly great!**

What I found less pleasant, however, was the way the conversation was conducted: At times, it felt like a **machine gun, with everything rattled off super fast**, without really listening, and sometimes sounding annoyed.

Especially with things that aren’t my fault—for example, when I speak loudly directly into the receiver and she still tells me repeatedly to speak into the receiver—I would have appreciated a little more patience and understanding. **And this despite the fact that I was calling from a landline, not a cell phone.** Furthermore, she said she would send me dosage instructions, but they never arrived. Maybe we just didn’t click, though. I can’t say anything about the mushrooms yet; they need to be tested first.
