I was insured with Panda for a year with my young dog and was extremely satisfied almost the whole time. Most of the time, everything went smoothly and the reimbursement of costs also worked relatively promptly - up to this point, it was only a matter of smaller invoice amounts. Massive problems arose when I submitted the first larger invoice (approx. €400). This was followed by an odyssey of countless emails and pointless additional claims/documents/explanations from the vet treating me. The contact with the insurance company turned out to be extremely unfriendly, sometimes impertinent and almost impudent as well as massively limited because, for example, the simplest formulations were not read correctly and the same proof was repeatedly requested. After months of extremely annoying contact, the costs were finally reimbursed. A short time later (at the end of the insurance year) there was a slight increase in premiums (approx. €10), which would have been perfectly legitimate, but a few days later the termination of the contract fluttered into the house, without any justification, only with the information that a termination of both sides is possible at any time at the end of the contract.
It's a pity, because we were very satisfied until the incident in question and would have stayed with the insurance company if these problems hadn't arisen with every major bill.
Nonetheless, it has to be said that this would be very good value for money IF the benefits were maintained.
