Recommendation
As a club, we have been customers of Pins & mehr for many years. The quality of the medals and pins is excellent every year and is a source of enthusiasm for our members. Last year we had to report a single quality defect in the ribbons. This year, I personally found that the communication with the customer service was unfortunately not 100% satisfactory. Nevertheless, we will be ordering here again next year. :-)

Unfortunately, the pins I ordered were delivered with a pin by mistake and not with a magnet as ordered. The color also did not match the quality of the first delivery. Ms. Jander was very helpful and we will receive a replacement delivery, which will arrive by 11.12.2023. We hope that the quality of the replacement delivery will match the quality of the first delivery!
