unbelievable! of course i had hoped that the seal would bring us something, but we immediately felt an effect. we received emails about it and were even able to generate follow-up orders here. at first it looked like a nice-to-have, but the seal works great for us. our customers love it and it also totally fits our company philosophy. ecom was no stress. quite the opposite. they delivered more than we expected. both the club and the audit were top!

Association work very commendable! Had to hesitate briefly because the association does not certify itself. But it is actually clear, because non-profit. Ecom Audit is actually too revenue-focused for me, and the association should perhaps consider whether it should also commission other agencies in the future. How about a non-profit agency, for example? Nevertheless everything fitted and I am very curious whether the association can become generally accepted on a long-term basis. The approach is at least something new and very welcome. Overall, what was promised was delivered, so a good 4 stars.

Certification was super easy, very professional and totally relaxed. I had a bit of a stomachache at first - but it was totally unfounded. The typical topics that you have in mind anyway were asked. To have it confirmed once again that one is on the safe side here and does not violate anything, was nevertheless once again very uplifting and radiated a lot of security. It was particularly good that we were shown, for example, that our loading speeds were slower than average. A few very helpful emails later, we were a significant step further. Certification and seal of approval were just the beginning for us. But the higher-level audit would definitely be the next step. Certification to the seal was already super pleasant - if the audit is just as good, then that's set!

The eCom Audit team was very professional. The certification process was excellently structured. We were aware of some of the weaknesses that were pointed out to us, but only some of them. The certification therefore showed us new "blanks" which we could then work on in a very targeted manner. We had booked a certification - but we got much more. Excellent - because that's what you want (but almost never get). Deep understanding of online commerce and very goal-oriented suggestions. All in all, actually more than 5 stars!

The certification and awarding of the quality seal was very pleasant and above all absolutely uncomplicated. Really ne rarity nowadays. We think the work of the association is excellent and we are very proud to be able to carry our new quality seal. Ecom Audit has also made the certification process very professional. Cool guys who really know the e-commerce business. No Instagram blah blah but just "doing", getting results and not talking big about it or playing it cool. Surprisingly pleasant and professional. Quite different from what you are used to on SocMed. Hats off!

Mr. Kai Kastl has really helped us. After a stagnant year, we took advantage of the support after a free initial consultation. So far, this was probably our best investment. Kai analyzed our figures in a very short time and showed us which costs we could save. This point was very unclear for us before and probably the biggest sore point. He also advised us on our product portfolio so that we could eliminate less profitable products and focus on our main products. We are very grateful for the work Kai has done for us and will continue to use his help.

As a young executive, the personal exchange with Kai in the context of our company audit and the support that continues to be provided was purposeful in many ways.
Before our collaboration, and the support that came with it, I found it very difficult to look at certain aspects of the company. Kai made it easy for me to gain a better all-round view.
Through him, we became aware of products that were not priced well and we were able to clean up our product line, making us run much more profitably.
We have also optimized poorly organized processes with his help. The workflows are now much clearer and simpler.
He also refined our controlling. The analyzed figures then became proposals for action, which then ensured that 2022 became a very successful year for our company and 2023 will be even more successful.
I can only thank Kai for his support and appreciate the fast and personal communication very much.

My personal experience with Mr. Kastl is consistently positive! Mr. Kastl talks to me at eye level, puts himself in the shoes of his customer/partner and very often provides food for thought that clearly helps the development of the e-commerce business.
All in all, the cooperation is great and I can highly recommend him!
