Klasse, dass wir das ANWR Group weit machen. Trägt sehr gut zur Transformation bei. Danke!
Für mich persönlich und in dieser Gruppe eingeschränkter Mehrwert, da ich solche Trainings schon mehrfach gemacht habe und sicher auch ganz gut in die GF Gruppe gepasst hätte. Dennoch froh, dass ich dabei bin.
Methodik/Messaging: für mich manchmal etwas direktiv/dogmatisch, jedoch verstehe ich den Ansatz in dieser Teilnehmergruppe, u.a. um Speed zu halten, da kann man nicht über alles diskutieren ;-)
