I liked the review of the previous training courses and what we were able to take away from them.
The different types of brain were very interesting and finding out which temperament is dominant was exciting. All in all, I really enjoyed the training!

Ms. Hutter has a very empathetic, engaging way of dealing with people. She came across as someone who can look behind the façade and help.
Even 30 years ago, I found role-playing in the insurance industry to be unprofitable. I find it more pleasant and authentic to work on learning tasks in a team.
