This was the 2nd time we were there for a maintenance appointment and had to leave each time because nobody opened the door for us. Our boss, Mr. Faißt himself, was scheduled for the 2nd maintenance appointment with you and was on site.
After nobody had opened the door again, Mr. Faißt called the cell phone number we knew and only reached the mailbox. He left a voice message saying that we were once again standing in front of a locked door.
After a reasonable wait, Mr. Faißt canceled the appointment again.
