Mr. Krings conveyed the contents very clearly. Overall, it was very informative and interesting for me personally to listen to and then work out various tasks together in groups. A good balance between theory and practice. One learns a lot for the future and is willing to apply the learned methods/information in professional life and also in private life. Highly recommended for young leaders!

somewhat belatedly my feedback on the, in my opinion, extremely profitable/educational seminar "High Performance and Humanity".
I will incorporate the contents that you conveyed in a great and clear manner into my everyday work. I am already curious what I can move, adapt or even change through this.
I liked the thinking model (according to Adler), the structured approach (what is important - see example with the four quadrants) but also to take a stand on difficult things (eat the frog). From now on I have started to create commitment with my managers and I am anxious to set my "scent marks" in the working environment.

I am very grateful to have participated in Mr. Krings' seminar, because even though I am not a manager, I was able to take away a lot for myself in terms of content. The two days were very informative and lively, the combination of theory, personal experience, practical and real-life examples have given the whole salt and pepper. The content was presented in a very confident and understandable way, the questions were always answered and the thought-provoking ideas were packaged so well that you could take them on immediately to apply them not only in your work but also in your private life.

A seminar that was conducted in a very attention-grabbing manner despite the high theoretical content. Mr. Krings knows how to keep the interest of the participants with his content and his appearance. In terms of content, I was able to take away a lot for myself: Whether it was confirmation of one or the other basic attitude towards my work and my superiors, or new food for thought from which recommendations for action in certain situations can be derived - a seminar that was profitable for me.
