somewhat belatedly my feedback on the, in my opinion, extremely profitable/educational seminar "High Performance and Humanity".
I will incorporate the contents that you conveyed in a great and clear manner into my everyday work. I am already curious what I can move, adapt or even change through this.
I liked the thinking model (according to Adler), the structured approach (what is important - see example with the four quadrants) but also to take a stand on difficult things (eat the frog). From now on I have started to create commitment with my managers and I am anxious to set my "scent marks" in the working environment.
