We chose Timly because the solution impressed us in several respects. The inventory management is simple, clear and saves a lot of time on a day-to-day basis. The well thought-out process for handovers and returns is particularly helpful - clearly structured and intuitive to use. We would also like to emphasize the excellent support: friendly, competent and always quickly available. For us, Timly is a practical and reliable solution that fully meets our requirements. So far, we have not noticed any disadvantages - Timly fully meets our requirements.

Participative management of company equipment. Know at all times what a person has and where a particular object is. History by person and by object. Web connection from any platform (Android, PC, Mac...). Very responsive support. There are currently no problems using the system, and all the teams quickly familiarized themselves with the tool, which is very intuitive. Once all the items have been entered into Timly (either manually or via import), all that's left to do is assign rights to each of your employees. You can then add documents linked to your items, giving you a library that can be consulted remotely. Ergonomics are excellent and navigation very intuitive.

The management of all my assets into one place that's the most convenient way to do it if you want it done right. Not one thing I'm that I can honestly say that's negative about it. I loved all of the apps management tools. Overall I had a great experience with the app. I loved all of my assets being in one spot together..

The ease of use, the ability to store files and create tickets. It's easy to use, and the data search is efficient and concise. It's better adapted to my needs and Galdric was very contactable and responsive, the support is important.

The intuitive usability, which enables even people with little or no digital affinity to work independently in the system after just a short briefing, and the customization options, which enable the responsible process owners to adapt the system to their requirements in the best possible way.
Overall, we have had very good experiences with Timly in terms of the transparency of our personnel and device data. Anyone who needs access can now get it without any detours, making work much easier in many areas and providing a good overview for those responsible.

From an IT perspective, it's a very good and easy tool to use and configure. There is a lot of logging and debugging info available, provisioning and deprovisioning users is tracked nicely. SSO setup is a breeze, again, with a lot of logging provided, so you always know what's happening. The available guides and the platforms available for integrations are up-to date and easy to use too. Overall a very good tool, would recommend. Configuring and maintaining it in a company of 10K+ employees. Setting up SSO, provisioning, profiling and other activities was very pleasant.

Getting started with Timly was relatively easy and without any major hurdles. On the one hand, Timly is intuitive to use, on the other hand, the Timly team offers dedicated customer success managers who are readily available.

Timly is user-friendly and offers a wide range of helpful functions. The software adapts to our requirements as we are in constant communication with the team and is updated regularly.

Timly has simplified our inventory management and made it more transparent. This allows us to control our devices better and save costs as we have to replace them less frequently.

Significantly improved inventory organization thanks to Timly. Thanks to the detailed overview and user-friendly operation, we can now manage our inventory more efficiently and quickly. The reminder function for maintenance or other checks and the option to upload inspection documents directly also make our work processes much easier.

There is hardly anything to complain about, but a function for predicting maintenance requirements based on usage data could be an extremely useful feature.

The system has helped us to keep track of our inventory and optimize our maintenance processes. This has resulted in significant time and cost savings.

Timly is a game changer for inventory management

We can now see all the items we own in the overview and can manage them easily. We can now easily record equipment withdrawals via check-in/check-out and we can also track damage and defects very easily with Timly.
So far there has been nothing to complain about, even minor bugs are solved immediately by the support team. Really remarkable.

Timly is a great software for us and as our needs grow, it will certainly cover all our inventory management needs.

Exactly what you would expect from inventory management software: Thanks to Timly, we always have an overview of our properties. We also know exactly what assets we have for the annual financial statements. We also like the fact that Timly is very easy to use on a day-to-day basis and that we have never had a single error or the service was unavailable. Very reliable, which is something you can't say about other providers. In addition, the fact that we can assign objects to a property, a vehicle and/or an employee so easily is a great added value for us. Simply perfect!
Everything is great, we don't have a single suggestion for improvement at the moment.
Super software that offers everything you need to manage your inventory. Unique in its range of functions and user-friendliness.

We use Timly to organize our IT assets. Previously, we only used Excel lists for this. Now having everything in one software makes much more sense and makes things much easier for us. Timly helps us to always see who is using or last used which IT assets. This saves us time and money. We haven't noticed any disadvantages so far.

We started the initialization about 2 months ago (SME 50 man operation), from the beginning until today everything went great. Support is always available and always helpful. The software is intuitive and you have what you need. Absolutely world class. I would recommend it to any company. Keep up the good work!

Timly has made our inventory much clearer. The comprehensive overview of the inventory and the minimization of administrative work is a considerable added value. The entire asset management process has been significantly streamlined and simplified. The use and inventory is also very intuitive, which makes the introduction of new employees to the system very straightforward and simple.
