I visited Vera Clinic in June 2025 for a hair transplant, dental work, and aesthetic procedures, and I was genuinely impressed by their outstanding professionalism from start to finish.
From the moment I first got in touch with the clinic, Ersin, the client assistant, was consistently in contact with me. He explained every step clearly and answered all my questions about the procedures. What I appreciated most was that I never felt any pressure—just support and transparency, which really put me at ease.
At the clinic, their level of organization was impeccable. The drivers were always punctual when picking me up from the hotel, never late, and even made sure I didn’t bump my head when getting into the van—a small but thoughtful detail. Schedules were sent to me the day before, with every appointment clearly outlined. Upon arrival at the clinic, I was greeted at the door each time, and I never waited more than five minutes before one of the interpreters came to guide me. The interpreters were all professional and helpful, especially the interpreter Kerem, who stood out for his attentiveness. What a friendly and kind person!
The hair transplant went smoothly. The doctor who designed my new hairline got it right on the first try—I didn’t need to request a single change. Everyone involved in the procedure was kind, skilled, and reassuring throughout. I was also contacted by Lea, my after care assistant, three days after my hair transplant, to guide me through my healing journey. I received, clearly, all the after transplant and products information to ensure my hair transplant went smoothly
The dental work was equally impressive. The dentist achieved a level of perfection in such a short timeframe that truly amazed me. The results were beautiful, and his attention to detail and quality were top-notch. Hats off to him!
The aesthetic treatments were carried out with great professionalism, and I felt completely confident in the hands of the staff throughout. Speaking of which—what a lovely team!
Dr. Ekrem is not only highly skilled but also incredibly friendly and approachable. I genuinely enjoyed my time at the clinic thanks to the kindness, warmth, and good humor of everyone I met.
A special mention goes to Elis, the interpreter—what an outstanding person. He exceeded all my expectations with his friendliness, helpful attitude, and professionalism. He truly excels at what he does and made the entire experience even more comfortable and enjoyable.
The 5 stars hotel, Elite World Grand, was fantastic—just 20 minutes from the clinic and located walking distance to a large shopping mall with plenty of places to eat and shop. It was clean, modern, and very comfortable.
As for the clinic itself—beyond beautiful. It’s so clean and modern that I actually felt inspired to up my own cleaning game at home!
Overall, my experience at Vera Clinic was a solid 10/10. I had read many glowing reviews before going, and now I can confidently say they were absolutely accurate. The professionalism, care, and results exceeded my expectations. I would wholeheartedly recommend Vera Clinic to anyone looking for world-class service in hair, dental, or aesthetic treatments—you’ll be in safe and capable hands from day one.
