I was very pleased with the services provided during my visit to Vera Clinic. I was even more impressed with the after care service as the staff are incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and always willing to answer any questions I had.

I returned for a second procedure to Vera Clinic as I was looked after from start to finish, & felt comfortable going back to them.
I found their customer support very reassuring.
They answered all my questions & any worries or anxieties about the procedure.

I was picked up by them from the airport, & dropped at a lovely hotel.

It is not an easy task to fly to istanbul alone and have a hairtransplant, a procedure that is so critical for your appearance. I am very happy that i choose Vera Clinic as from the start they have felt me comfortable and full of trust. The knowledge from the clinic and they way they respond to your concerns and question even before the flight is fantastic. The pick up, hotel all was wonderfully arranged and got a great professional reception in the clinic. The information given was honest and well planned. I did also a stam cell treatment that i can really recommend to combine wiht the transplant. All went well with great care beyone my expectations. The aftercare is also working well through the almost daily check through the app.
I am now through the critical recovery of 10 days, the crusts are gone and the scalp looks neat. The aftercare is the hard part with little sleep as the sleeping angle has to be 45 degrees, but Vera Clinic has been supportive all the way. Now I Can't wait till the hair starts to grow in a couple of months. Fully confident it will look amazing.
