Very good combination of tips, practical training and the interaction between Jörg and Veronika. The second day was better because more attention was paid to my moderation needs. The topics of elevator pitch, YouTube and content plan were not so relevant for me because I know both channels and YouTube as topics in marketing and that didn't bring any new insights for me. It was relevant for the other participants and of course it is always challenging to reconcile all the needs of the group. Both facilitators were very positive, open, friendly and also the little details from Veronika, cards, feedback and sweets, etc.: it was all prepared with love. As I have been doing marketing for hearing acoustics for over 13 years, the information on moderation in this training was the most relevant and it has given me confidence to become better in this area. I can recommend the media training to every hearing care professional, because in addition to the media training there are also valuable tips from Veronika on the subject of selling and it has a double learning effect for hearing care professionals: to improve their media presence and to better present their brand/business and to improve communication about their services and thus get to the point in a condensed way. Keep up the good work
