All feedback is important to me, especially critical assessments. In my house, I cultivate an attentive and patient-oriented ear for things that should have been done better.

From your lines, I can see that we should have been more precise in one or two places. At any rate, you would have liked that.

Most of our patients are coming to the Westfalenklinik for the first time. That's exactly why it's important to me that we explain every step to them in detail and make our patients aware of the consequences that a decision for treatment can have and what they have to live with in any case after treatment.
