Everyone was always very nice and tried to make it as pleasant as possible! I felt well looked after and professionally well treated in the run-up to the operation, on the day of the operation and also during the follow-up treatment.
Only the outside view of the practice in Dortmund is less inviting, especially at the first appointment.

The whole team at the Westfalenklinik is just perfect. I have felt at ease since day one. Every doubt and fear was completely worth it and I would do it again and again.
Not only Dr. Reifenrath did a great job, but also the whole team. I have never experienced such cordial and passionate cooperation.
I arrived with my two small children (7 months and 2 years) and my mother. We were given a very warm welcome and were allowed to "spread out" in a cozy waiting room. Even the fact that the children were rather restless was not taken negatively.
I was particularly pleased with the doctor, she did everything very well. Consultation, treatment, appearance, everything was great! I'll be back very soon!

I was very well received and given excellent advice by Dr. Bromba, who I already knew from the clinic in Essen Kupferdreh. The neck lift was better than I had expected, especially as Dr. Bromba promised the best and delivered.
