There are still 2-3 things that can be optimized, but your team is already working on them. And the ongoing support is top, our project managers always write back immediately and the weekly coaching calls with MO are TOP!

I was especially pleased with the automated calls as well as allocation of the customer position. This saves a lot of time and can therefore create many more phone calls per day.
Highly professional and uncomplicated handling.
