The DSLV has been working on the digital development of its services for many years in order to make it easier for members, to be faster in implementation, to save resources and to use the digital possibilities for this. In our view, a membership card in the form of a plastic check card and annual membership and training stamps sent by post to 15,000 members was simply no longer up to date. The smartphone, as the central communication and work tool for many people these days, offers every opportunity to replace the old plastic cards with stick-on stamps with the new digital membership card at a specific date.

The cooperation with the visual4 team in the area of conception and further development is always very constructive and creative, our ideas are taken up and implemented in close coordination with us. We can always rely on visual4's extremely customer-oriented service. Over the many years of partnership, we have been able to realize a large number of projects and innovations together for the benefit of our association members and the association itself.

1CRM has helped us to build a truly customer-centric business. Our team has found the CRM system to be an indispensable tool for managing our customer relationships. The ease of use of the system allows us to create and manage contacts quickly and effortlessly, which significantly increases efficiency. The clear documentation for each customer provides a quick overview of the respective customer history.

New customer acquisition is very well supported by lead management in CRM. This feature has enabled us to optimize our sales processes and continuously expand our customer base.

The integration of numerous links and add-ins, such as with our telephone system and the Outlook add-in, has improved our work processes. The ability to simplify documentation during a phone call and link emails directly to the relevant contact is a huge time saver and promotes clean documentation.

In addition, the CRM system allows us to quickly document service cases and link them to the relevant contact. This makes it easier to access information about previous problems and their solutions, which significantly improves customer satisfaction and the efficiency of our service team.

The reports, which we also link to Power BI, always give us a good overview of where we currently stand and therefore a good basis for making decisions about the next steps.

The collaboration with Visual4 has been very helpful and supportive. We appreciate the possibility of being able to adapt the system to our specific requirements if necessary and to have access to a competent and supportive trailblazer in Visual4.

We have been using 1CRM for customer, order and project management for many years.

The data available in our CRM on orders, projects and project tasks as well as expected effort made it easy to create capacity planning with the help of dashboards and exports. We received support from 1CRM employees and were also offered the opportunity to jointly develop a solution from the CRM.

In addition, the commercial processing in the CRM is very transparent and comprehensible thanks to the related processes - and makes processing much easier.

A solution in the CRM is the first choice for any problem relating to customer, project or product processes, and the flexibility and adaptability of the 1CRM means that this is always the case.
This is how 1CRM has proven itself as our central platform for such information.

We are delighted to have such a competent and customer-oriented partner at our side in visual4 and would like to express our sincere thanks.

DGI Deutsche Gesellschaft für Informationssicherheit AG offers training courses, seminars and workshops in the areas of information security, data protection, business continuity and IT risk management, as well as comprehensive consulting services in these areas.

We have been using 1CRM since 2022 and have been able to rapidly optimize our business processes with its help. In particular, the centralized data storage and useful functions of 1CRM have proven to be highly practical for us. In our business operations, we measure a significant increase in our efficiency and a high level of reliability and integrity in data processing.

In order to adapt 1CRM even better to our needs, we have already successfully completed two projects for further automation of business processes with the visual4 team. In addition to comprehensive consulting on possible solutions for our automation requirements, the projects were accompanied in an extremely motivated and creative manner as well as competently and reliably. Against the background of these successfully implemented projects, numerous further potentials have now become apparent, which we would like to use in the future.

Reinhard Lindner Trainings- und Managementberatungs GmbH is a service provider for personnel and organizational development and offers corresponding qualification trainings. This involves two different brands (L.I.K.E.® and Der Samurai Manager®), which also have to be mapped differently. This complexity was the biggest challenge in the search for a suitable CRM system. 1CRM was the only one from a long list of tested CRM programs where this was possible in the standard.

This software is very intuitive to use and uncomplicated in the field extension, the data import took place without complications due to the templates and the implementation of the modifications worked smoothly. The online presentation of the 1CRM software by the 1CRM team was particularly helpful. In this way, the most important requirements could already be clarified before the test phase. It turned out that by adding the event extension, the different process flows of the two brands could be mapped.
While L.I.K.E.® consists of several modules with different tasks that have to be worked on before and after the event and different instructors, the management development program Der Samurai Manager®, which takes place as an in-house seminar but also as a public seminar with its three levels and can be completed exclusively by Dr. Reinhard Lindner, can also be mapped.

All information about companies, customers, suppliers, contacts, speakers, etc. can be retrieved quickly and easily. With the help of the all-round view, not only the status of individual contacts can be viewed, but also which qualifications they possess. I no longer want to do without the feature of target customer list creation for brand-compliant campaigns and targeted marketing. Simple reports can be created via the reporting system. I am confident that the different naming of the retrieved reports will be included in one of the next updates.
I would also like to mention the good and appreciative cooperation with 1CRM. - Thank you very much!

We, the IHK Akademie München, have found with 1CRM a system that can adapt well to us.
It is not easy for us to integrate a CRM system, because we are not a classic manufacturing company.
However, with the customized solution of 1CRM and especially the possibility to do the customizing ourselves, we were able to find an ideal system for us.
No matter where I have come out so far, when I have called, I have been met professionally well and always had a feeling of being welcome.
Whenever I got stuck, I was helped quickly.

With our start-up, we were looking for a simple CRM system. We were immediately impressed by the possibilities offered by 1CRM. In addition, we felt valued as a customer right from the start. Information and offer came promptly. The live demo was very friendly and individual.

At the moment we are only using a fraction of the functions, but with the system we are certainly prepared for future requirements. The visual4 team is always available with advice and support. Since we are still CRM beginners, he patiently untangles our thinking errors and introduces new ideas on how we can use the system to our advantage.

The setup and operation of the system are explained and documented in a great way, so that even as a user you can clarify many questions on your own. More specific questions are answered competently and promptly by the team.

(Since we have never been on site, we cannot give an evaluation on the premises).

We, Photovoltaik-Institut Berlin, are a leading technical consultant, risk manager and quality assurance provider for PV power plants and systems all over the world. We support the energy transition by bringing technical expertise to the solar industry.

Previously, we were using Salesforce as our CRM solution, but after an extensive market analysis of CRM products, we chose 1CRM. The extraordinary range of functions combined with the good price/performance ratio convinced us completely. As we had grown strongly internationally, we were confronted with new organizational challenges. The implementation of 1CRM helped us to solve many problems.

To name just a few examples: 1CRM's ability to use multiple clients in one system helped us wonderfully to manage our offices in Spain, USA, China under one interface.

Or with the modularly integrated invoicing, we were able to completely dispense with a separate merchandise management system. The processes now run from the first offer to the final invoice within 1CRM.

And another added value is: We don't need any further software for project management, because the project management module integrated in 1CRM provides all the functions we need.

The flexible customizing is very helpful. We found extensive possibilities to easily customize 1CRM to our specific needs on the fly. Both the web interface and the database can be customized relatively easily without special knowledge. More complex customization requests were incorporated into the source code by the digital agency visual4 and have now even become part of the 1CRM system.

We really appreciate the personal consulting and the excellent support. All in all, we are completely satisfied with the system!

Already in the finding phase, the employees of visual4 convinced us with their friendly and above all individual and detailed advice. An engaged communication at eye level, we felt understood. During the introduction of the system, we were continuously supported according to our needs and received numerous tips for mapping our operational processes in the CRM.

We can adapt the system to our needs in many areas ourselves and are thus able to make changes or additions quickly. The connection to our ERP system and our communication tools (Outlook, telephone system, teams...) ran largely smoothly. If something didn't work right away, visual4 has supported us quickly and without complications so far. You can feel that it is important to visual4 to work successfully with the system in the end.

The introduction of 1CRM in our company was another important step to make us fit for the future, to further improve the customer experience, to further increase the efficiency of our processes, and to continue the digitalization of our business processes. Thanks to the largely intuitive user interface, our colleagues were able to use the system after only a short training session and are happy to do so.

Of course, the solution does not necessarily offer the same range of functions as the solutions of the market leaders. However, for us as a medium-sized company, all the necessary functionalities are available at a fraction of the price of the large providers. We consider the price-performance ratio to be outstanding, and the open and fair cooperation inspires us.

Our business relationship with Visual4 and the product 1CRM, began with the search for a new CRM - system, which should support us in sales. We had contacted several providers and their solutions were not bad so far. But in the end the products are similar, but the support is not. They didn't sell us the CRM system, but showed us how it could benefit our company. We had very special requirements, which were not easy to map. But our consultant Mr. Christoph Plessner has always helped us with solutions and ideas from the first contact. We have been working with the system for almost two years now and can recommend 1CRM and the company Visual4 with a clear conscience.

All data is available to all COMENO team members in real time. We have replaced a great many Excel lists and have our data and processes securely in one system. We have, so to speak, mastered the compulsory program for entering the digitalization and automation of our processes.

Many thanks to the visual4 team, we felt well supported at all times in the joint implementation project.

We were supported with a lot of know-how in finding solutions and also had the feeling that visual4 always knew where we stood. At the beginning of the project, we were given everything we needed to find our way around the system and develop ideas for implementing our requirements. At the end of the project, we received expert tips and custom-fit solutions.

After 20 years of BESONDERE ORTE, we dared to take a critical look at internal processes, data management and the previous marketing procedures and came to the conclusion: A new CRM is needed! In addition to solutions for the aforementioned topics, the tool should be flexible and individually adaptable, interfaces to existing systems should work and the providers should provide competent and honest advice. We found all this at visual4 and 1CRM and are very satisfied with the result. And we have many more ideas that we would like to implement in cooperation with visual4.

If we compare to what extent and with what features we use 1CRM, then it is already many times more expensive with other providers. Just who wants to start with a CRM at all, I can only recommend to try this, meanwhile "platform" with all possible modules.

We are just starting further digitization and automation steps that we will link in workflows with other cloud-based tools thanks to the open interface (API). Especially with Integromat or Powerautomate in the Microsoft 365 universe, many smaller sales steps and customer journeys with customers can be fully digitized and automated. The tool will also address the topic of "headless" CRM in the coming versions and then we will be even more involved in the topics of

- Connecting different data sources and applications with each other to create unified workflows
- Integration via connectors (APIs) and actions for more automation
- Painstaking programming of interfaces was yesterday

1CRM system enabled very fast implementation of a sales support and management system at a pharmaceutical customer of Analytic Services GmbH. Management and system support were always readily available provided alternative solutions to some of the problems with the base 1CRM software (which has some limitations in reporting). The customer's customization requests were provided cost-effectively and within the agreed time.
