Thank you for your criticism, which we take very seriously. We at 3S.tax - and this applies to clients as well as to the entire team - always maintain a polite tone with each other. Nevertheless, we are happy to comment on your criticism.
First of all, we would like to put your criticism into perspective and point out that you signed a tax consulting contract with us in mid-December. Your evaluation is dated 14.01.2022.
On 10.01.2022, you decided that you no longer wanted to work with us, after you had already left the previous tax consultant, also after a few weeks.
As far as we now deduct the Christmas holidays and the company vacations between the years, there were two weeks left in which activities in our office could be completed. During this time you have
- completed the onboarding process. In the onboarding you have received all the information about our systems used and information on how to use them.
- Your accounting and payroll data were requested from the preliminary consultant
- Accounting and payroll data were imported into our system.
- The payroll for December 2021 has been prepared and made available to you immediately.
The data transfer from the previous tax consultant was initiated immediately after the takeover of your mandate. However, the data transfer was not fully completed by the computer center until 10.01.2022. Therefore, we unfortunately had no control over your data before then. However, you must bear in mind in advance that a change of consultant can take a few days.
You were continuously informed about all the above-mentioned process steps. In the case of open questions, you were answered. It goes without saying that we cannot respond to substantive questions without the availability of preliminary consultant data.
We also explained this fact to you in detail several times and explained it in writing. Unfortunately, you became very impatient during the waiting period for the data transfer and were abusive in form and tone towards our team during this time, whereupon we asked you to reconsider your manner of communication and tone.
After all, the greatest asset in our firm is our team. Without our terrific team, not a single client could be reasonably served.
We think this development is a real shame, because we would have loved to help you with your challenges. We have also written this to you a few times.
Sometimes you just don't fit together. This circumstance is not bad at all. We regret that we did not find out about this circumstance in the first meeting and wish you from the bottom of our hearts that you will find a tax consultant that suits you.
