I particularly like the competent and friendly advice as well as the very flexible meeting times and the way we talk to each other, so that you feel comfortable and welcome. The only thing is that any explanations could sometimes be described a little better for "lay people". But this is a tiny negative point, which is otherwise only surpassed by positive aspects. Academium is highly recommended!

I have been a customer of Academium for almost 10 years and even with today's knowledge I am absolutely satisfied with Academium and very happy to have found this team. There are not many financial advisors who offer such quality. Here, they think outside the box and weigh the different financial products against each other in a variety of ways to achieve the optimum. If necessary and desired, even into the deepest depths of the financial and insurance jungle, in my case even sacrificing my own free time. If there is ever an emergency or a financial question needs to be answered quickly, Academium responds promptly and competently.
THAT is customer service.

The personal advice and the implementation are at a very high level. You never get the feeling that you are only being talked into a contract because of the commission (as is the case with many insurance agencies), but rather the one that makes the most sense for you is always selected.

I feel well advised and protected by Academium.

I have various insurance policies through academium and have always been very satisfied with both the services and the advice. All consulting services are usually customized and no unnecessary insurance policies are talked up. If an insurance does not make sense, this was also communicated to me, thus avoiding unnecessary costs.
In summary, I can definitely recommend academium.
