Even I have Chinese background, I wondered how well Gerd summarized the cultural differences. I gained lots of new experiences of Korean culture. Gerd is a very experienced and professional trainer. The training took two days, it is very interesting, informative and intense. I can 100% recommend!

The two-day "Intercultural China Training" more than exceeded my expectations. I was able to gain a great deal of knowledge from it and was able to derive many parallels with my personal experiences. In the meantime, I understand various situations much better and I am convinced that my cooperation with my Chinese colleagues will continue to develop positively. All these insights and what I have learned is also very helpful for me in working with our Japanese colleagues, even though there are still other major differences here. Finally, I also learned that we also have to reflect on ourselves and that it is also up to us how we deal with certain situations and what we can trigger or influence with our own behavior.
The training was clearly structured and the enormous experience of Mr. Gerd Schneider was very noticeable. There was a relaxed atmosphere and it was extremely exciting for me to listen.

Very interesting seminar; on the second day with many valuable hints and tips suitable for everyday use to avoid stumbling blocks not only in the meeting but also at a subsequent business dinner. One notices that Mr. Schneider has lived in Japan himself. As a seminar participant, you benefit greatly from his experience.
