Mr. Bertussin advised me very well, was available at all times or always got back to me immediately. He has a genuine interest in the customer and was ultimately in contact with me throughout the entire accident settlement period. He has a very sound technical knowledge. I would take him as an appraiser again immediately (but hope that this will not be necessary 😀).

I cannot evaluate the price-performance ratio, since the expert had to evaluate the damages I incurred in a damage case and the opposing side had to bear the costs.
But great was on the one hand the direct communication with "my" lawyer and the follow-up on only partial and piecemeal recognition of claims, which led to full recognition.
On the other hand, the advice and the explanation of technical interrelations was great, so that I was always well informed about necessities and procedures. This gave me the necessary security and for that I thank you very much!

I had called Mr. Roberto Bertussin immediately on the same day get an appointment. That is a friendly and very competent expert. Simply a very nice person with great expertise. Immediately we felt in good hands, no question was too much for him, has also taken a lot of time. He also immediately referred us to a good lawyer for traffic law.
The expert opinion of Mr. Bertussin was super understandable and arrived quickly. Everything went so well that we were very pleased with the result. We actually assumed a minor case. You can also reach Mr. Bertussin at any time, which I think is just great. We will, what we do not hope of course, Mr. Roberto Bertussin in the case again. I pass on recommendations for this expert with a very clear conscience. TOP!

Had my first accident last week, unfortunately. As it is, many questions went through one's head.

Mr. Bertussin was from the first contact for one there, the next day I could immediately come to the damage assessment, where Mr. Bertussin could also answer all open questions. The appraisal was completed very quickly and by working with a lawyer for traffic law, everything automatically takes its course.

Have finally found my appraiser : )
Unfortunately, accidents happen again and again in the big city. Roberto is exactly the right, competent and fast appraiser. Within one day the appointment was realized and he has particularly attentive and detailed carried out the appraisal. After only 2-3 days (on the weekend) I have already received the documents.
