At the beginning the request was a bit tough. This changed abruptly when someone else took over the project (I suspect that the original contact is no longer with the company). The consultation was very competent and friendly. We felt well advised at all times. Questions were answered quickly.
The delivery time was in the end even shorter than stated and we were able to generate our own electricity much sooner.
The installation team was also very professional! Have done very neat work.

The company ageff is a very reliable and solid craftsman's business, which has consistently provided high-quality work during the installation of my PV system. On 14.11.2022 the work was started. The house power plant was installed in the basement of the house. The work on the roof was delayed because they had the wrong material with them.
The next day, the work in the basement was further demonstrated. It turned out that the roof is not suitable for installation. The substructure is not suitable for on-roof mounting. The fasteners cannot be attached to the existing roof joists. A new roof will need to be installed. The new roof was installed on 11/21/22. The trapezoidal roof could be installed within one day. The next day the installation could be continued with the modules. On 11/24/2022 the installation of the modules (the house power plant was completed on 11/16/2022) could be finished.
The operational plant was handed over to me by the company ageff GmbH on 09.01.2023. I thank the company for the excellent cooperation.

2nd extension PV plant
Our PV system with storage, which was installed by AGEFF for the first time in 2018, has now been expanded by an additional 3.05 kWp within a short period of time to a total of 13.8 KWp.
After the best experiences with the previous work, it was no question to work with AGEFF again this time - we already did before - fast, competent, clean, trouble-free.

I am very satisfied with the performance of ageff. From the consultation to the implementation, everything worked very well. Despite delivery bottlenecks and global problems as well as a shortage of skilled workers, ageff was able to carry out the project properly with only a slight but reasonable delay. From the beginning to the completion and beyond, my project manager is easily accessible and available to answer all kinds of questions.
