Jasmin and Kai radiate a very great positive energy for me and made the workshop a wonderful and very valuable experience for me. I was very impressed by the open space format. In 60 minutes we managed to achieve really good results. Overall, both of them bring a very rich methods and experiments suitcase. Many small exercises with a big aha effect. My conclusion of the three days: very valuable and much of what we saw and tried out can also be transferred.
Highly interactive seminar, excellent didactics. Trainers optimally pick up participants even with different previous knowledge. Practical benefits optimized through real-life examples. Over 3 days always challenging, without overtaxing. Worth every penny.
We discussed many practical examples that helped me a lot and strengthened my understanding as well as clarified the possibilities of applying agile methods in my job (and also in my private environment). Different "tools" were used during the seminar such as Miro, videos, music & pictures during the breaks which made the seminar very interesting and exciting. I am very satisfied and happy that I could participate in the training!
