For two months now, I've been writing a daily schedule and taking 10 minutes every morning to structure my day and prioritize tasks. At the beginning, it was still difficult for me to estimate the time of the individual tasks, but with the right tips from Andreas, for example to also enter breaks and buffers so that I don't fall behind unnecessarily, I'm managing better and better over time.
The daily plan helps me a lot to structure my day and gives me a good feeling in the evening, because you can actually see what you have done and accomplished within one day. Especially the category "Mandatory today" helps me particularly well to prioritize my tasks of the day.
But not only the daily schedule, but also many other helpful tips that Andreas gives in his seminar help me to manage / organize my workday: e.g. schedule fixed times for mails, turn off distraction traps such as cell phone, push notifications once in order to be able to work concentrated.
It was an informative seminar and super training on email management and self-organization. Andreas is very helpful and responsive to questions and problems.
Absolutely recommendable.
