I did my pilot training with Jochen and it is still as much fun today as it was in the beginning. The training is incredibly good and prepares each individual for what you will need at some point in your entire flying life. The entire team around it is highly professional and is also available for help and advice outside of pure gyrocopter flying, whether it's questions about maintenance, buying or selling a gyrocopter, or topics related to accessories such as headsets, helmets or action cams and their mounting options.

I can recommend Airbase-X and Jochen 100%!!!

I participated in an advanced training in Portugal. The conditions and support on site were very good. From an aeronautical point of view, the stay brought me a lot further, especially in the training of demanding situations. Jochen is very professional and it is fun to work with him. This is where I did my gyroplane pilot training. I went into the training without much prior knowledge and was very positively surprised.
The teaching materials are well prepared and the available aircraft are all well maintained. I especially liked that I could flexibly coordinate my appointments with the flight instructor - a huge plus for me with unregulated working hours!

As a former student pilot, I am glad to have been able to complete my training with Jochen Weigel. Here a lot of emphasis was put on safety and practicing the correct procedures - so I feel up to all situations even after the training.
But even now I always book flight instructor lessons with him to deepen my skills more and more !

I was allowed to complete my pilot training with Mr. Weigel. He brings a high degree of empathy as well as extensive expertise to the training - so he was during, but also after the training is still my contact person.
Understandable theory with quick practical successes speak unreservedly for him.
