Kira Liebmann founded the Academy for Family Coaching in 2021. A TÜV-certified educational institution that offers training to become a certified child, youth and family coach. "Making parents better role models instead of changing children" is... the guiding principle. Since the academy was founded, over 700 people have decided to complete the training. In the "Family Happiness & Puberty Podcast", Kira Liebmann shares knowledge from family coaching.
The Academy for Family Coaching is the third company that Kira Liebmann has set up. She has also successfully established herself as a personal brand. Her name is mentioned when a family expert is sought in German-speaking countries. As a keynote speaker and school speaker, she is requested by congresses and educational institutions. In 2023, she was booked as a family expert for the employees of a listed software provider for an annual family coaching program, which will also be offered with her in 2024.

The training is unique. The course content is well thought out and builds on each other. The mix of theory and practice is perfect. Knowledge is constantly expanded and practiced through the learning groups and regular exchanges. Various methods are available and every type of learner is taken into account. Kira has a very empathetic manner and imparts her knowledge to the participants with ease. She also has a fantastic team at her side and supports her with great commitment.
I thought the training at the Academy for Family Coaching was really great. The content is well thought out and very well structured. Everything builds on each other. I had a lot of fun learning. The combination of theory and practice means that you can get started straight away.

The training is a colorful mix of input and practice, various methods, specialists and real coaching sessions. All participants are always motivated to participate and exchange ideas. I know of no other training course that offers so much practice and structure. And this along the entire path from training to your own business - it simply doesn't get any better than this.

Kira really thinks about everything. She addresses every possible facet of the life of a teenager and their parents, their environment. School, addiction, family, friends.... plus interviews with experts and her live appearances. She also offers personal interviews. She explains what goes on in the brain during puberty. You simply get the all-round package. She takes you on a journey in a serious but also humorous and likeable way.
