I had the pleasure of participating in an online resilience retreat with Olga. Olga is very competent and warm. From the very first moment I felt welcome and cared for and in a very trusting environment. The retreat began with meditations and breathing exercises that helped me to break out of my usual thought patterns and dive deeper into my own emotional life.

What made this retreat truly unique was the mind journey we undertook. Guided visualizations and deep reflection questions opened doors for me to insights that had previously remained hidden. I was able to go on a journey through my inner self and discover aspects of my personality that I had not yet fully understood.

I took part in a women's day with Olga (Healing Circle for Women - Journey to Yourself). The event took place in the beautiful rooms of the Weleda Experience Center, Olga's preparation is outstanding, you can tell from every little detail that she puts her whole heart into it.

I attended the cacao ceremony and the Breathwork workshop with Olga and it was a great experience. I read the course description beforehand and immediately thought: this is exactly the right thing for me. Olga has a great deal of specialist knowledge, great intuition and guides you gently and clearly through the sequences. It doesn't matter whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner. I attended the workshop 'Healing Circle - Journey to yourself' with Olga. I can really recommend this workshop to everyone. Among other things, we did a cocoa ceremony and a breathwork session. Olga designed and led the whole workshop so beautifully. She is also such a wonderfully warm person and has a radiance that is immediately infectious. When I first saw Olga in the crowd from afar, I first noticed a lot of white light that she emits. I knew immediately that I want to meet you.

If you are looking for someone to bring your energy field into alignment, Olga is the person for you. However, do not expect a miracle healing from a session, because energies also need their time and stages to re-form and solidify in order to come into harmony.

Olga has a tremendous energetic power and knowledge of the techniques of how to use the energy properly so that a process is triggered. Be it to the next blockage resolution or the chakra activation... She not only senses the disturbances in the energy field or on the body, but can also identify the reason for it.

However, what surprised me when Olga activated the root chakra with me.

I felt new formation and movement of energies in other chakras as well, but that my root chakra starts moving so strongly, especially in my feet, was very new and unknown in terms of energy. However, very pleasant.

What has this done? For days I have not only noticed a better posture; my thoughts are different. I think more clearly and positively. I perceive many pleasant smells...

I am very much looking forward to further coaching sessions with Olga!

I participated in a Breathwork session with Olga this week .... and what can I say, I was speechless!
It all started great and was super prepared, from the personal welcome to the successful introduction. But the actual Breathwork has again topped everything. I had a (positive) experience like I had never had before. I can only recommend this to everyone.
Olga has a wonderfully pleasant and loving way with which she constantly accompanied us. In the end, everyone was enthusiastic and we were given techniques that can be used in everyday life at any time.
