I consider that the way in which Alessandro gave his masterclass was awesome. He did not read the slides materials at all, instead he talked from his perspective and experience, giving practical examples using the context that surrounded us. I would suggest to him to talk a little bit slower and to try to make the participations more sporadic so every spectator have a chance to give their opinion.

The session we had with Alessandro was very enjoyable and informative. It was not only interactive but also flexible with our responses. There were other possible options beyond the survey and we were encouraged to find what suits us. We were taught helpful tools which I am certain will be useful everyday of my professional life and quite a bit in my personal life. Overall I am very pleased with my experience and having worked with Alessandro.

He was excellent at keeping people engaged, and he encouraged us to talk and explain ourselves without fear or hesitance. The topic we talked about was Social Styles and I learned how to approach other people with different social styles and how to understand their behavior etc.

Consider:
- First half of the session could be more interactive.
- Ideally, try to interact with all participants equally
