I can absolutely not recommend.
Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with the law firm Bredereck & Willkomm. But first things first. My first call was taken by Mr. Bredereck and my trust was well established in the law firm. However, this was to change a lot. After handing over the mandate, I was only able to speak to him on the phone again once. The complete lawyer's fees were called off completely after 5 days and my case was passed on to young lawyers. Contacting the lawyers was extremely complicated, since the telephone calls always had to be announced in the anteroom. Immediate forwarding was not possible even once. A call back from the lawyer was usually only possible after a week. The first brief from the lawyer contained about 10 spelling mistakes. This may have been due to the fact that the lawyer was not a native German speaker. The check of my release of the pleadings also always included a spell check since then. A consultation of the lawyer to a strategy and/or estimate or consultation of my Kündiungsschutzklage did not give it. It was a working off according to standard. I had the feeling that my case would only be a nuisance. Representatives were always sent to the negotiations, although I had requested personal representation from my attorney. Bredereck appointed a total of 3 different representatives for 3 hearings. They were all only superficially involved with my case. I only got to know them all personally directly on the day of the hearing. My trust in the law firm Bredereck and Willkomm dwindled from time to time. I had to pay the costs for the representation. The law firm Bredereck probably tries to find the appointment representatives via an advertisement in a lawyer portal. I changed the law firm and I am very glad that I took this step. My current representation has familiarized itself excellently with my case, asks me important questions, calls me, is always available, discusses strategy with me and has explained connections in my case to me that the law firm Bredereck & Willkomm had not pointed out. Conclusion: For the initial consultation, the law firm Bredereck & Willkomm was good. The many videos on the web are very informative, but I would not give a mandate again under any circumstances.
