A year ago, I was able to fulfill my dream of owning an apartment as an investment with the help of Mr. Kedro. The appointment went smoothly at all times, although I could hardly find the time due to my job. The consultation at the beginning before purchase was very detailed and informative. I also got enough time to decide and there was no pressure. After the purchase, the support was also good, problems were quickly discussed and clarified. In addition, a telephone call was always possible for questions so that I could learn more about taxes, construction progress, returns or administration. I was informed about the construction progress of the project in a timely manner in writing and also in person in between. Now 2 weeks ago the apartment handover took place and since one week I have tenants. Everything has worked out. The next joint project is already in planning. With my trust I have already recommended Mr. Alexander Kedro to my friends.

Mr. Kedro managed to convince us firmly but unobtrusively to invest in the purchase of an apartment.
The compilation of his facts were always well understandable and therefore very plausible.
He was always ready to answer any questions we had at short notice. The direct handling with the financing bank by Mr. Kedro should be emphasized.

He always explained everything very precisely and understandably to me, as a customer with hardly any specialist knowledge, and was always available to answer my questions. All in all, he accompanied me well throughout the purchase of the property, always got things going for me in a timely manner, and always kept me informed about exactly what was happening now and how to proceed. Mr. Alexander Kedro supported us very well in our entry into the world of investment real estate. We were able to turn to Mr. Kedro with all our questions, from the search for an object to the closing of the deal. Due to this excellent support, the initial uncertainty regarding investment real estate also disappeared.

In terms of real estate investment, we have come to know and appreciate Mr. Kedro as a companion and advisor from the property search to the closing. During the entire support by Mr. Kedro we always felt well advised and looked after. Especially when short-term coordination was necessary, Mr. Kedro arranged everything so that documents were always and everywhere available.
