I decided to get coaching because I needed to improve my health and I couldn't do it on my own. Since I've been following Lexi on Instagram for a long time and I really like her style, I contacted her and from the beginning I felt like I was in good hands with her. She is very knowledgeable, knows a lot of things, has a great network and is super inquisitive! She really strives to make me feel better. Her strategy is super structured and if I follow all the recommendations I am doing very well. My initial condition was not good despite supplementation and a healthy diet. I had bad intestinal issues, thought I had irritable bowel syndrome and massive fatigue, just no energy anymore, couldn't exercise, slept poorly and kept having diarrhea which severely affected my leisure life and hit my psyche. Little by little we addressed all the issues, she uses different diagnostic tools and now I know what was really wrong with me and I can supplement specifically, I have probably eliminated a budding diabetes and a gluten intolerance came to light, as well as a small intestine malabsorption. Lexi is incredibly patient and gives me plenty of time to heal. I was never stressed in coaching, thankfully. She manages to strike a great balance of understanding and needed '"ass kicking"! She is persistent and that's a good thing, because on my own I would have put it off forever. In the weekly calls, all questions are answered and you can exchange ideas with others, which helps a lot!
It is really a holistic coaching, it goes from nutrition to stress management, sleep optimization to detoxification and much more.
I already knew some things myself, but I need Lexi for the implementation. She knows in which order healing can happen. Healing takes time and also requires a lot of self-discipline and only goes step by step and is not just done on the side or a quick pill thrown in.
In the meantime I feel worlds better!
My bowel calms down, I can participate in leisure activities with joy again! After work, house/garden, children, education, I still have energy and desire to do sports, I am psychologically more stable, sleep better, am more stress-resistant and my hormone balance is coming into equilibrium. Colds/infections hardly ever break out or I am quickly fit again. In the summer, for example, I coped very well with the heat, and now I even sit in the sun, which I couldn't do before! And I know that I am still under construction and still more goes :)
I can recommend Lexi with a clear conscience to anyone who is willing to do something for themselves and I am very grateful for the great advice!
