We did the horse-assisted coaching as part of a management workshop and received consistently positive feedback from the participating managers. From the conscientious planning to the professional implementation, we were very satisfied. I would particularly like to emphasize the team strength with which Alexandra looked after us. This ensured an intensive learning atmosphere.
Alexandra and her team gave us good support during the exercises on horseback as well as during the interim and follow-up discussions and responded individually to the team members.

We would recommend coaching with Alexandra without reservation.

We were in September 2023 to a 1-day teambuilding with Alexandra Lohr and your team conscious effect. The day was individually tailored to our team and important details were discussed in a preliminary meeting to clarify the order. Due to Alexandra Lohr's wealth of experience, we received excellent advice. The team building with the horses made us grow even stronger together as a team and we were able to learn what is important in a functioning team by experiencing how the horses act in a herd. Two of our employees were afraid of horses at the beginning of the day, but both of them made great progress by leaving their comfort zone and doing the exercises with the horses. Each of us was able to take away a lot for our cooperation in the team but also for our daily work and besides it was a lot of fun and joy :-)

A coaching for leaders who can experience a lot of experiences and own impressions / perceptions with good self-reflection.
When words used in everyday life no longer get relevance with the team of horses and only the physical presence is perceived, a task "lead through the hall with the horse" gets a whole new quality. Thank you for the insights.

Alexandra approached everyone individually and gave the participants space to develop and evolve at their own pace and according to their own needs. Alexandra gave helpful and constructive feedback so that I was able to correct my behavior/procedure and successfully walk away from each exercise. By the way, the same goes for the trainer Sabrina who was present. I felt very comfortable and in good hands (despite initially having a lot of respect for the horses). I have rarely taken away so much great energy, motivation and positive insights from a coaching/training as I did at Coaching by Horses. I can only recommend the participation to everyone. It has enriched me very much!

The leadership training with horses was an extraordinary experience that made a lasting impression on our team. We quickly got involved in the intensive work with the horses and other team members and outgrew ourselves in the leadership course. Even team members who initially had reservations were able to get involved with the work with the horses thanks to Alexandra Lohr's coaching and ended the day strengthened and motivated.

Working with the horses showed us how important it is to consciously control body language to ensure clear and effective communication. Through the horses' sensitivity to our body language, we were able to learn how to improve our leadership skills and increase our awareness of our own bodies and their impact on our surroundings.

We were impressed by the professional and flexible approach of the coaching team, who led our international team through the day in English. The training was a valuable experience that we could also use as a transfer to our everyday professional life.

All in all, we can recommend the leadership training with horses as a recommendable and extraordinary teambuilding measure for every team. We would like to thank Alexandra's team and the horses that accompanied us on this day!

In my perception, Alexandra Lohr is a very experienced, empathetic and benevolent companion. She manages to reach a deep level in people through her empathy and her heartfelt kindness, which forms a remarkably trusting basis in which personal structures can be recognized. The horse-assisted training was a surprise for our team. As someone with great respect for horses, who has tended to avoid them ever since she can remember, my hands were initially damp with nervousness. The calmness and encouragement of the team helped me to get involved in the experience, led to tears of realization and overwhelm at lunch time and lasting insights at the end. Today I know more about myself and am regularly at the riding stable with my daughter. Thank you for the experience and the lasting impression.
