From today's perspective, the quality is very good. Time will tell how the durability etc is.
Customer service, reliability, punctuality, very clean work etc. => very good! As a customer, you have nothing to do with the renovation (clearing away, blocking off, etc.). One may simply only watch :-). Fa. ABC can be recommended with a clear conscience.
