I had a wonderful time in Mallorca! Anja and Jenni led the days with a lot of love, great competence and a lot of empathy! The program was very varied! I was able to learn to be myself, to feel myself, to be present.... My body was happy to be able to do different exercises with a lot of joy!
Our women's group was simply great!

I was able to experience the Woman Retreat with Anja and found it to be a very nourishing, powerful and inspiring experience. I perceive Anja's impulses as coherent and "true" for me. From my point of view, it's always about training your perception. Being good with yourself, in yourself, with yourself. Being in deep contact with your body. To listen, to feel. Diving deeper and deeper into yourself and then emerging from this depth. To feel the vastness, to recognize the connection with everything. And to recognize from this inner space that everything is already there. That we ourselves are the creators of life. Thank you dear Anja for this wonderful journey. I was already enthusiastic about the first sensory tour and was able to integrate many exercises into my daily practice. Now, on the second sensory journey, I was able to feel contact with the inside of my brain for the first time in my life. I have chosen daily shaking as my miracle exercise! As a so-called one-breather, the fire breath still remained a challenge, despite my yoga practice. The combination of fire breathing with body movements makes this type of breathing exercise easier for me. I am very grateful for this all-round wonderful journey!
