Alpha Skills is a great way to keep the stress of everyday life under control and to keep your focus on what is important. This is exactly what I was missing, as meditation or other methods were too time-consuming for me and therefore short-lived. The method is easy to integrate into everyday life, conversations and meetings.

The coaches themselves radiate what they "preach" and so you can see right from the start how powerful the effect is.

Now, 3 months later, I can say that my everyday life has changed and that it is much easier for me to stay focused and calm in any situation. It also helps me to fall asleep very quickly and deeply :D

As a participant in the AlphaResource Management seminar in Bern, I have nothing but good things to say. Thomas Kunze is a very experienced and pleasant personality and lives what he teaches the participants. I found the way in which the knowledge was imparted to be very useful and suitable for everyday life. Every participant leaves the seminar with a clear implementation plan where they know exactly what to do. This ensures that it can be linked to everyday life. I also really enjoyed the overall ambience and the catering during the entire stay. I can recommend the seminar to anyone who is looking for more peace, relaxation and presence in their hectic everyday lives.

I had the pleasure of experiencing both the mentalSkills webinar and the alphaResource Management seminar. Both were very worthwhile. In personal contact, the whole topic is of course a different experience that I can only recommend to everyone. However, if the time and financial investment is too great in the first step, I can only recommend the mentalSkills webinar. The content of the webinar is not as extensive, but the core, the alphaSkills technique, is still taught well. The technique really worked for me, even if it was a little unfamiliar at first and focusing wasn't easy at first. However, as I practiced, I found it easier and easier to apply the technique.
All in all, I think it's a really worthwhile investment, especially for people who always have to be focused at work and are constantly struggling with the "circular saw effect" due to a restless environment. It really helps a lot when it comes to getting back into the current activity after being pulled out.

I attended the seminar in Zurich and was more than impressed by the effectiveness and efficiency of the alphaSkills resource management method.
