I am very satisfied with the price performance and with the handling of the service. The customer consultant in the service was extremely courteous and helpful. Absolutely recommended.
What I find unacceptable, however, is that I received from the sales consultant of my emails from 1.2. , 14.2. , 18.2. and 11.5. only an inadequate response on 15.2.! I realized after the first year of use that I have set the km lease too high (20,000 km per year). However, I only need 14,000 km per year. According to Mr. Deubel, a reduction is not possible. However, I have not received a reason from him, even after 2 times reminder.
Mr. Deubel was very obliging and helpful before and at the conclusion of the sale. The current reaction gives me as a customer the impression that until the sale is well taken care of customers and then all inquiries are only annoying and annoying.
I am very satisfied with the Opel Corsa E, although I have never been an Opel customer. However, the customer handling makes me doubt whether I repeat this decision.
