Competent in all the questions I asked, reliable with telephone promises, absolute adherence to delivery dates, even with repeated sample deliveries of seals, absolutely friendly in dealing with the customer, no pushy sales pitches, rather as if you had been cultivating trusting business relationships for a long time. Thank you very much! My next order will be with you again. I will be happy to recommend Dichtungshandel GmbH Andre Strelow to others in the future. With regard to the payment process, I would have preferred to pay on account and, at the age of 70, I am not fit enough to fully evaluate the website. (That's probably just me).

Nice handling from start to finish. The request via Whatsapp went smoothly and without complications. A few samples were then sent out quickly for testing. The correct seal was also included and the seals on my old windows could also be replaced as a result.

Originally, I didn't just ask Strelow. Unfortunately, I have not received any options from other suppliers to date, or my inquiry was blocked directly, with the words "there are no replacement seals for these old windows".

In my search for a floor seal, I ended up at Strelow. My email with pictures of the old seal was answered quickly and in a friendly manner, a new seal was suggested, offered, ordered, sent and paid for. Everything went very smoothly and quickly for such a specialty item.

I sent a picture and dimensions of a current patio door seal by email and received an email back relatively quickly with a type designation. The seal also fitted straight away. Top.
Not negative, but e-mails are apparently only answered once a day with priority. I was a little confused about the dimensions (my product comes in 12m sections), so we had a bit of email ping-pong. But everything is fine, fits right away and dispatch is quite fast.
