I saw his presentation at the (free) Balanced Life Congress. It was about conflict resolution. He brought catchy examples and told for me completely new behavioral suggestions. I now have a completely different perspective on it and am sure I can implement it in everyday life. It's like he kindly but firmly flipped a switch on me. Great!!! Thank you!

Andreas Riederer held a one-day workshop on conflict management and conflict communication in our company (management consultancy, around 45,000 employees worldwide). We were 16 participants (most with management responsibility, a few clerks), the workshop was very entertaining, instructive and effective.

Andreas Riederer led us through the program with many examples, involved us participants pleasantly, feedback from all participants was very positive to exuberant.

A very good training. There was a lot to laugh about and, despite Andreas' entertaining and humorous manner, a lot of input for my work. I take a lot with me, both for myself personally and for my work. An extremely pleasant way of reflecting on my own and with great reverberation for my work in the future. Finally a training where I have the feeling that I can really take something with me and put it into practice.

The three days of training (practical guidance) with Andreas were an enrichment for private life but also for everyday life at work.
With his sympathetic and open-minded manner, he picked up each individual course participant where they needed to be.

After I had the chance to get to know Andreas during a team coaching day at the hospital, he totally convinced me both professionally and personally. That is why I have now also done the hypnosis training with him.

The training itself was didactically very well structured, through pre- and post-processing videos we could really fully concentrate on practicing during the practice weekend and so I already felt totally confident after the weekend. No questions remained unanswered!

Andreas himself is simply a wonderful person and coach, who understands through his empathetic and at the same time infectious way, to take every course participant fully with him.

It's unbelievable how quickly the time flies by during such a weekend!

With heart and soul and fully involved! Knowledge, belly and heart, everything where necessary. With your mere presence you can put people on the right track. With your experience and your skills you can eliminate construction sites. You should be a must for every company! And...every person should have had contact with you at least once in his life! Then so much would be easier and better! Thank you so far says Andrea :-)
