Andrej ist der Erste, der es gewagt hat sich ernsthaft mit meinem inneren Schweinehund anzulegen - und er hat ihn bezwungen! Ich habe es immer gehasst Sport zu machen, habe mich in Fitnessstudios nur für den Kaffee angemeldet und mir von anderen sagen zu lassen was ich zu tun habe - nein danke!
Doch durch Andrej wird das Training abwechslungsreich. Es ist immer witzig mit der nötigen Portion Ernst, sodass es keine verschwendete Zeit ist. Die Erfolge sprechen für sich: Trotz 8 Stunden oder mehr im Büro sind alle Rückenleiden und Nackenverspannungen weg. Zusätzlicher Nebeneffekt: Alles ist irgendwie straffer und "schöner anzusehen" :-)
Besonderheit: Man trainiert immer an der frischen Luft! Bei schönem Wetter hat man kein schlechtes Gefühl das man in einem Fitnessstudio hängen muss und bei schlechtem Wetter hat es etwas von Drill-/ Outdoorcamp, was für eine schöne Abwechslung beim Training sorgt.
Jedem dem die eigene Gesundheit, das Wohlbefinden oder das Aussehen etwas wert ist, sollte dieses in Andrejs Hände legen!
