As part of our home purchase, we obtained quotes from a total of 4 different financing advisors/banks.

Ms. Gropengiesser "knitted" by far the best financing solution for us.

In addition, she gave us great support with the vast amount of documents that a bank requires for financing. As a layman, you quickly lose track of everything.

In addition, Ms. Gropengiesser was always super friendly, helpful and fast.

In the matter of construction financing, Ms. Gropengiesser certainly proves her competence. In communication, she always seemed open and very friendly. Even outside of her office hours, she can usually be reached via WhatsApp. In my experience, the expert for real estate financing showed herself to be very committed and ambitious in order to achieve her goal together with the customer in the best possible way. Just as in my case. I would like to thank Mrs. Gropengiesser for this. I can recommend her with a clear conscience.

Ms. Gropengiesser made financing possible for me, which all other consultants could not do, at least not with the constellation I got here. I have already been in contact with many service providers, including prominent ones. She was also always there for questions and patiently explained every little detail. Here you get a full-service package, which is put together by Ms. Gropengießer with great personal commitment. Even if the deadline pressure is high, we were reassured at all times that Ms. Gropengiesser is working on the topic and brings it to a conclusion on time and ideally for us.
Oh yes and she is also very nice and explains even beginners (are most of us who do not finance a property every 3 weeks) the important topics patiently and understandably. Everything important she clarifies in the background and serves kitchen-ready offers that you only have to sign.
