Anna Schubert always designs the exercise classes quite professionally with varied methods and specifically tailored to the performance of the customer. It is never boring and the customer is challenged to the utmost in all muscle areas, whether exercises on the floor on the mat or standing freely or with equipment such as bands, wobble boards or weights. Anna also pays attention to long-term development and adjusts the exercises accordingly where deficits become apparent. At longer intervals, Anna performs a body fat analysis in great detail, documenting body weight development and successes. Anna is reliable and punctual at the agreed times on site and informs timely and quickly in case of time deviations both by herself and by the client. For me, as her oldest client in years of life with health restrictions, I find the exercise sessions extremely important !
