Due to the very memorable methodology of the teaching, I still like to think back to Annekatrin Michler's lecture. Even individual situations and jokes I still have concisely in mind after more than 2 months... only a few manage that.

If a speaker manages to captivate me, the presentation must be good - Annekatrin did it!

The presentation of high status / low status triggered a real aha experience for me.

Ms. Michler knows how to build an atmosphere of trust and openness between people (who have never met before) in a very short time, which is a prerequisite for being honest with oneself and others and dedicating oneself to the learning process. Our Conscious Communicating workshop was profound and the exercises methodically built on each other over two days. I highly recommend the workshop to everyone who wants to understand themselves and others better - for better communication at work and at home!

Women in technology? - yes there is and we do our thing very well!!! What we are not good at is taking care of ourselves and simply putting away insults and injustices. In a male-dominated environment it is not easy for us to stand our ground, but with the right look and a good strategy we are unbeatable. each of us has strengths that we just have to use well. Weaknesses were pointed out to us in the seminar and made us aware of them.... Men, here we come :)

It is always impressive, especially in these times, how so much undiscovered and potential for improvement can be worked out with relatively little prior information from the client.
And all this with a lot of fun!
