I got to know myself in a completely new way during my time with Annika. Things that I would never have believed I was aware of before are now part of my new beliefs and I am very grateful to her for that. Through her gentle guidance and her "sticking with it" on things that I would never have got anywhere with on my own, I have also found new ways of dealing with inner conflicts and looking at events from the past more lovingly. The coaching really helped me so much and I can only recommend it!!!

I chose Annika for my business coaching because I had complete confidence in her experience as my coach of many years.
In the individual sessions, we developed a strategy for my business together. We worked out the most diverse points for my business development in order to generate customers. She asked exactly the right questions and with gentle nudges in the right direction made sure that I found answers to the questions that had been lying dormant within myself. In the process, I felt well held at all times and thanks to the coaching program, I learned a lot about holding myself. No matter how tired or exhausted I was before our sessions, I left the call every single time strengthened, proud and satisfied and I was also happy every single time to see my wonderful girls again, to tell them what happened during the week, what I implemented, where it still stuck and I am very, very grateful for this great time.
TRUST has made it noticeably easier for me to stand up for myself, to say NO, to set boundaries, to understand my behavior, to accept emotions as they are and to believe in myself more. The program was a good mix of theory input, 1:1 coaching, journaling sessions, music, meditation exercises and great group discussions.
