1. there were "additional costs" in the form of a "weekend surcharge" that were not clearly communicated beforehand
2. after the first installment payment, I personally had the feeling that I was on my own.
And what I personally really do NOT like at all:
Being sent a pile of ADVERTISEMENTS for death insurance, real estate stuff etc. together with the final bill, UNAFAIRLY!
Is that still possible? I wasn't asked about it and I never spoke to Aternia about it and I think it's a shame that once again I get a negative feeling from people wanting to profit from the grief and vulnerability of others...
A little reverence would be appropriate at this point! The last thing I want to worry about after the death of a loved one is advertising flyers for dubious insurance companies, death benefits, etc.
