APPRENTIO®

We have recently started using Apprentio in our company. Before that, we were using another provider, but they didn't offer nearly as much functionality as Apprentio.

The cooperation with Apprentio was very professional and courteous from day one. Starting with the sales team, who didn't just want to sell us anything, but very patiently evaluated the right product for us. From the implementation team, which provided an instance for us quite quickly. To the support team, which was always there for us when we had a problem or a question.

Even though it may sound a bit slimy, I think the company deserves an extra star just for the friendliness shown to us by the whole Apprentio team! Some companies can take an example from that.

Many thanks to Team Apprentio for a great product and the super service. I am sure that you will continue to develop the tool further. My team and I are at least looking forward to our cooperation :)

Great customer service, friendly and always ready to help. Problems are solved as quickly as possible. If you have improvement requests, they are taken up and implemented. The tool is always being developed and improved.

We have been using APPRENTIO for a year now. We wanted to have a system with which we could digitize the training and which would also simplify our work as much as possible.
APPRENTIO fulfills this requirement 100%.

In the meantime, we are converting our training management throughout the holding company to APPRENTIO thanks to the location function. This allows us to map our management structures in training in the best possible way, and each trainer (regardless of the department or location) can only see the trainees for whom he or she is responsible.
The digital trainee folder helps us to always have the trainees' documents in the right place. This eliminates the need to search for documents in the personnel files, and this feature also saves us an immense amount of time, allowing us to devote more time to the actual training!

The support from the APPRENTIO team is also very good. Support requests are answered very quickly. We felt very well looked after during the initial setup and were able to start working in the system very quickly thanks to the support of the service team.

All in all, we are very satisfied and can fully recommend the system!

First of all, we would like to praise the team behind this platform. No matter who you talk to, you always get the feeling that you are working with people who are not only technically competent, but also helpful and always friendly. That's a lot of fun, which is something we don't find very often these days. What we are really excited about is that we have only been using the platform for about a year and it has been developed so much in this short time. We planned a few weeks ago npch it with an Excel spreadsheet, we can now do it all online. This is ingenious. Time does not stand still here and if we thought at the beginning that we would have to run after missing functions as usual, we are currently at the point where the service team brings us new thoughts and ideas. These discussions have led us to once again put our own processes to the test. All in all, we are more than happy, even a little enthusiastic. Please keep it up!

Apprentio is a perfect total package.

APPRENTIO is a helpful tool that makes the work in training management much easier. The mappable workflows, reminders and deployment plans are great. The new planning function directly in APPRENTIO makes deployment planning especially fun.

I particularly like the fact that we now use a central, complete solution in the team for managing our junior staff. The factual and chronological structure of the IHK vocational training can be mapped excellently via the learning line/qualifications and we don't need a print or other software solution for the report portfolio. You have to warm up a bit to the online planning, but then it's really easy to use. But of course there are even more functions that provide us as a company with real added value in terms of orderly training!
