Each workout varies and is fully catered to the individual. I am completely enthusiastic about the studio, the equipment and the training offer, but also completely about the trainers. A great teamwork to achieve the goals. Simply great!

Fast intense workout!

The concept is great. Trainings always in small groups with personal trainer. It's fun and effective with EMS. Definitely recommended!

The motto "No Excuse" is fully lived here - you only need shoes to train, the rest is provided on site (suit, water, shower gel, etc.).
Can't be compared to any other "gym". Here you are even called after a few weeks abstinence and motivated to come back to training (especially for procrastinators worth gold ;-)).
All in all: Super effective/fast/varied training, great trainers, symphatic environment - absolute recommendation!

Top studio. The trainers are very competent and you have the feeling, you never train alone but in camaraderie. A lot of sport, a lot of fun! I can only recommend. TM

I would not have thought that I am so ready after 20min workout. Due to the short very intensive workout with EMS suits, you are only on site for about 1hr and save a lot of time. The trainer team is nice and seems very knowledgeable and caring during the workout. The location is super set up, clean and you don't really need to bring anything as towels, suit and drinks are available on site.
With the service and the intensity of the training, the price is also justified. I can only recommend Area3sixty!

I can really recommend the training at AREA3SIXTY to everyone. The combination of wireless EMS paired with varied workouts from the CrossFit area (or with other courses optionally with a focus on cardio or strength training) in compact and extremely effective sessions just works great. After about 20 - 25 minutes of training at AREA3SIXTY you feel as if you had spent two hours with conventional training in a 08/15 gym. In addition, you save a lot of time and are much more motivated to come to the gym regularly, because 20 - 25 minutes before or after work can be integrated into your daily routine much more easily than any other (serious) training method I know. In addition, the atmosphere in the studio is simply great: super-nice and competent staff, relaxed training partners, training in small groups or even 1on1, flexibility in class scheduling, comprehensive all-round service (you practically only have to bring yourself to the training, everything else such as tracksuit, drinks, towels or care products are already available and you can also simply leave your own sports shoes).
In short, if I hadn't already been a member for almost a year, I would have signed up again. Keep it up!

Özem and his team are not only very competent and friendly. They also give a lot of thought to how they can improve processes in training and in the offering in general - this goes as far as avoiding plastic cups. They know the strengths and weaknesses of each individual and also address them specifically in training.

The concept is great. You reach your limits and yet it's a lot of fun. The owner Özen is definitely a professional and knows how to motivate and train you. If jogging and mindless strength training are not enough for you, this is the place for you.

Super gym with very competent trainers who always motivate and challenge you! They always pay attention to the correct execution of each unit during training. It is a lot of fun to train there with wireless EMS suits, because you can do many more exercises than with the usual EMS suits. Every class is different because of the large course. I always very very happy to go to the training :)

What I really like is the warm atmosphere. I feel very well looked after and motivated during training. The trainers do a great job!
The training itself is really hard, but it feels good and effective.
