I have been to the private radiology practice "Aristra" twice with Dr. Dawirs, which is located in Medneo. Dr. Dawirs is a very competent, friendly, sympathetic radiology specialist. A doctor who has taken you seriously again for a long time, he puts himself in the patient's shoes, takes a lot of time to discuss everything, is very communicative, answers all questions very patiently, honestly and comprehensively, prepares a very detailed, informative, meaningful report, analyzes symptoms thoroughly, explains the diagnoses very competently and comprehensibly.
He is simply a unique doctor who I would visit again at any time if I had health problems. It's a pity that he is only available in person on Tuesdays, but additional telephone appointments and evaluations work great, I would wish for such a doctor as my family doctor. The atmosphere in the practice is very pleasant.
It's a pity that I'm not a private patient, I was there as a self-payer, every statutory health insurance company could take an example of how things could be better. Thank you very much Mandy Demuth

Dr. Lubienski is a great doctor who takes a lot of time for his patients. I have never experienced anything like it, simply perfect.

He called me one evening beforehand and answered my questions from my email in detail.

After the actual MRI examination, he took at least half an hour to explain all the images to me in detail.
His sense of humor lightened the mood very well.

Super fast appointment allocation! I got an appointment for the very next day. The doctor, Dr. Hild, is very nice and answered all my questions in detail and competently with a lot of empathy despite the difficult diagnosis. All the other staff at the practice are also very friendly and courteous. It's great that Aristra has access to an international network of experts.

In my opinion, the possibility of obtaining further specialist expertise from the Arista network regarding my specific clinical picture made it possible to derive a particularly accurate overall assessment. All the staff are extremely friendly and courteous, so you can easily tolerate waiting times of 30 minutes or longer.
Time is taken for the patients, even for the discussion of findings, which is not 100% calculable.
Everyone also seems very competent and patient-oriented.
