We had small nicks in the plastic casing of our new Velux window. Artus got back to us promptly and arranged an appointment. The service employee arrived on time, was friendly, competent and worked very cleanly. He did an excellent job of removing the previous damage, there is nothing left to see and the window looks like new. The employee finished his work after about 1.5 hours, left his workplace clean and informed me about the care instructions for the next few days. I can only recommend the Artus company, they do a great job!

That really is great art!

Last week, ARTUS repaired damage to the ceramic top of our beloved TEAM7 dining table. When we discovered the damage, we were totally unhappy and would never have considered that a repair was possible. What can we say, it is possible and ARTUS made it possible. Mr. Weil, who carried out the repair, really worked his magic. The damage or the damaged area is virtually undetectable. Once again a very big THANK YOU. From contacting ARTUS to today's work, everything was carried out in a highly professional and customer-oriented manner. We are happy to pay the corresponding price for this.

A chip on a "semi-polished" granite worktop was repaired.
Amazing. Punctual, competent and friendly.
Only if you know where the spot is/was and only with really precise lighting is anything recognizable.
Really well done.
Highly likeable and competent: the man carrying out the work, Mr. Klopsch.
There should be more companies/craftsmen like this - I can recommend them without reservation.
